Join us for an evening with Asheville Indie Appalachian Folk artists Tina and her Pony. This should be a fabulous show and we expect a full house so make your plans to attend early. Call or text Cathy Cash at 336-692-3850 for information. This is a special ticketed event. Join Tina & Her Pony at the Old Jail Listening Room, an amazing small venue in downtown Statesville. Their sound is fresh and bewitching!Indie Appalachian folk band Tina & Her Pony was formed in 2009 in Asheville NC by Tina Collins. Internationally known for their t ight, sweet, smooth harmonies and simple, exposed crafted instrumentation, this is a unique opprtunity to hear world class musicians in a small, intimate setting. Piedmont Folkways Inc. is a nonprofit organzation, formed in 2017 to provide opportunities for musicians to connect and share all varities of acoustic roots music with engaged audiences. The Old Jail, built in 1917, is the home of The Iredell Arts Council, and this historic building venue has a small theater in the old cell block area. The venue houses multiple events including The Full Bloom Film Festival.
Light snacks, wine, beer, soft dirnks and water will be available f or a donation. There is free parking and the venue is handicapped accessible.
