B. Consider approving a resolution to accept the winning bid from Warren Companies Inc. for City Owned Property at PIN 4743.04.4559.00 on US 21/ NC 115 and west of Amity Hill Road in the amount of $5,000 and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Warranty Deed and Purchase Contract for the same purchaser. C. Consider approving a resolution to accept the winning bid from BVJ Properties for City Owned Property at PIN 4744-62-0910.000 on Fox Avenue in the amount of $12,000 and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Warranty Deed and Purchase Contract for the same purchaser. (Pierce)

D. Consider adopting the Program Record Retention and Disposition Schedule for Local Government Agencies that aligns with the current policy issued by the North Carolina Department of Natural Resources Division of Archives and Records. (E. Kurfees)

E. Consider approving a resolution directing the City Clerk to Investigate a petition of annexation for AX24-03 PIN # 4763-76-8712, CWC Land Acquisitions; Receive the Clerk’s Certificate of Sufficiency; and Consider approving a resolution setting the date of May 20, 2024 for a public hearing on the petition of annexation.
