New Payment Arrangement Policy

Our new Payment Arrangement Policy will replace the current 13-day Extension Policy.  

Key dates to remember:

  • The 13-day Extension Policy ends on October 9, 2023.
  • The Payment Arrangement Policy is available beginning September 27, 2023.

The new policy is designed to assist customers who need more time to pay their utility bills. Here's how to qualify:

 First, you need an account! Visit the new website portal and follow the instructions!  Remember, you will need a valid email address, account number, and amount of your last payment to sign up.

 Eligibility: If your current bill is past due, but your services have not yet been disconnected due to non-payment, you may qualify for a payment arrangement.  After logging into your account, if you are eligible, a "payment arrangement" option will be visible on the left-hand side.

Down payment Requirement: When setting up the arrangement, a down payment of 30% of the past due balance will be required.

Monthly Payment Plan: The remaining balance of the past due amount will be distributed over the next 1 to 3 months – you choose what works best for you. A $5.00 charge applies for each month of the payment arrangement.

Please remember that your regular bill for the upcoming months will include the current monthly charges AND the installment for the payment arrangement. Until your existing arrangement is fully paid, we won't be able to consider any additional payment arrangements. If the terms of the payment arrangement are not adhered to, the entire outstanding balance must be paid to restore your utility services.
