End of Summer S'mores and Cookout!

End the summer right with the Friends of Lake Norman State Park and Lake Norman Staff at our s'mores and cookout event. Starting at 12pm, all boat rentals will be free of charge thanks to our Friends group until 5 pm. Stick around after you spend the day on the water to cookout with our Friends group and learn how you can become a part of their team! Following the cookout, at 6 pm join a Park Ranger for some good old-fashion s'mores to help celebrate international s'mores day! No preregistration is required, and this event is free to the public.
