Project Food Land and People

Come join us at the visitor center at Lake Norman State Park for an educator workshop.

Project Food, Land, and People, FLP, is a national environmental education curriculum taught through the Soil and Water Conservation districts. FLP follows the K-12 science standards put out by the NC Standard Course of Study. 

This program is designed for informal and formal educators and offers hands-on lesson plans for K-12 that are easily adaptable for adults.
