I called Wes out of the blue when my bike wouldn't fit into a moving container and told him I was shipping him a bike. He was super easy to work with in getting a BikeFlights.com shipment setup. I had a million other things to worry about and my bike was not one of them. Got her back today, met Wes for the first time, and found my new hometown shop.
