Well, the service is above and beyond what is required. The staff is highly knowledgeable about all the products they sell. Also it is a bike shop and the staff actually ride bikes on roads, trails, and gravel...I wouldn't trust a bikeshop where the workers or owner didn't actually ride bikes.
