When Joel Suggs found out the dirt bike park that he frequently visited with his children might soon be closing, he took matters into his own hands. “I reached out to who are now two of the partners, Dustin McClure and Nick Marinelli”, Joel said, “we started talking and thought, we could make this work”. These three gentlemen were soon joined by a fourth partner, motocross champion, Chad Reed. Together, the four partners worked to refresh Dirt World, and turned it into what is now Moto40 MX Park.

The 70 acre park features multiple tracks, and has something for everyone. “That was a big goal of ours”, said Joel, “number one to make it family-friendly for all skill levels, and number two, make it as safe as possible”. Since their opening, they have had people from all over visit the park, but have been meeting a lot of local riders as well. “It’s been neat to see so many people that we meet and mesh together”, Joel said, “when you see it all come together, it looks like one giant family”.
